SYRIA. At least 15 killed in an explosion at the University of Alep

Au least 15 people were killed and dozens wounded in an explosion Tuesday, January 15 at the University of Aleppo, in northern Syria, said the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights (OSDH), which relies on a broad network of activists and doctors Syrie.
